Long Barrel Lugs

CABAC’s long barrel copper lugs are designed for external use. They have no window and have solder sealed palms to seal the lug totally and stop the ingress of water. The extra long barrel allows more crimps than usual, in high stress areas, such as high voltage terminations, drop out fuses etc. If you need a longer palm with two or more stud holes, please see our Long Palm Long Barrel Lugs (LPB Range).
The extra long barrel also gives more length for heatshrink sealing, to ensure a totally air tight seal. They are designed to crimp with standard hexagon dies for the standard range of copper lugs. The lugs are made from 99.9%+ cu high conductivity copper which gives the best electrical properties possible.
